• “Customer” refers to individuals purchasing from retail partners through the Scanimart platform.

03Eligibility

To use our services you must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a legal guardian. Businesses must have legal authorisation to operate.

04User accounts

• Users must provide accurate and complete registration details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Unauthorised access to any account may result in termination.

05Retail partner obligations

• Retailers must ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and legal compliance.
• Scanimart is not responsible for discrepancies in pricing or stock availability.
• Retailers must honour all transactions processed through the platform.

06Customer responsibilities

• Customers must verify their purchases before confirming transactions.
• Returns and refunds are subject to the retailer’s policies.
• Misuse of Scanimart services may result in account suspension or termination.

07Payments and fees

• Transactions are processed through integrated payment gateways.
• Scanimart may charge service fees, subscription charges, or commissions as applicable.
• Users agree to pay all applicable charges in a timely manner.

08Prohibited activities

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent activities, chargebacks, or abuse of promotions.
• Attempt to hack, modify, or disrupt Scanimart’s systems.
• Use Scanimart for illegal or unauthorised purposes.

09Intellectual property

• All content, trademarks, and technology on Scanimart are the property of Snappikart Techlabs Pvt Ltd.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without permission.

10Limitation of liability

• Scanimart provides services on an “as-is” basis.
• We are not liable for losses, damages, or disputes arising from transactions between retailers and customers.
• Scanimart is not responsible for service interruptions or data breaches beyond its reasonable control.

11Termination & suspension

• Scanimart reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms.
• Users may discontinue use of our services at any time.

12Governing law & dispute resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings in the applicable jurisdiction.
